These Terms govern your use of lynccis.com and the LyncCIS application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LYNC, LLC ("we", "us").

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service.

Accounts & billing

Product accounts and billing are governed by the in-app subscription agreement. This marketing site itself does not require an account.

Beta features

LyncCIS is currently in Beta. Features may change, and we may provide service credits at our discretion for material disruptions.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYNC, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
