This page describes how LyncCIS — a product of LYNC, LLC — collects, uses, and protects information on lynccis.com and the LyncCIS application.

Information we collect

On this marketing site we collect standard analytics data (page views, anonymized IP, device, referrer) and any information you submit through the contact form. Product data collection is described in the in-app privacy notice.

How we use information

We use it to operate the site, respond to inquiries, measure marketing performance, and improve our product. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising. You can opt out via your browser or the vendor's opt-out tools.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of vendors to run the site and product, including our managed database and file storage provider, Stripe for subscription billing, our email delivery provider, and the analytics and advertising platforms named above. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Data retention

Marketing enquiries are retained for as long as needed to answer them and maintain our records. Agency data inside the product is retained for the life of the subscription and for a 90-day recovery window after cancellation, after which it is deleted on request or on schedule.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing Support@lyncgreetings.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. If you are an agent whose data was entered by an agency using LyncCIS, that agency is the controller of that data and we will route your request to them.
