Integrations

Works with the stack you already run

LyncCIS is the system of record for commissions. These connections keep the rest of your tools in step with it.

One system of record, not another silo

Agencies do not suffer from too few tools. They suffer from four tools that each believe they own the client. LyncCIS takes a narrower position: it owns the money — statements, policies, agents, overrides — and integrates outward so the systems around it stay in step rather than competing for authority.

That is why the integration list is short and deliberate. Each one either brings data into the commission record or pushes an event out of it.

Current connections

Stripe

Handles subscription billing, seven-day trials, proration on upgrades and credits on downgrades. Card details never touch LyncCIS servers.

All plans

Google Calendar

Syncs LyncCIS appointments so demos, annual reviews and follow-ups appear on the calendar your team already lives in, with the linked lead or policy attached.

All plans

GoHighLevel

Inbound lead webhook — leads created in GoHighLevel arrive in your CIS pipeline with temperature scoring applied, so marketing campaigns feed the same pipeline your producers work.

Starter and above

Sunfire

Per-user prospect push, so quoting activity in Sunfire lands against the right agent's pipeline rather than a shared inbox.

Starter and above

Twilio

SMS and voice activity logged against the lead or policy record it belongs to, so the communication history survives staff turnover.

Professional and above

Resend

Transactional email delivery and logging for statements, notifications and outreach, with delivery status visible rather than assumed.

All plans

CSV / XLSX statement import

Upload carrier statements in the format the carrier actually sends and map columns once per carrier, with alias matching for renamed headers.

REST API & webhooks

Read and write commission, policy and agent data programmatically, and subscribe to outbound events when records change.

Professional and Enterprise

Building against LyncCIS

Professional and Enterprise plans include REST API access and outbound webhooks. The API exposes the records you would expect — policies, commissions, agents, hierarchy and leads — and webhooks fire on the events worth reacting to, so a downstream system does not have to poll.

Statement import is an integration too

The most important connection for most agencies is not an app — it is the carrier statement itself. Saved per-carrier column templates and alias matching mean the file the carrier sends can be processed without preparation. That is covered in detail on the carrier support page.

Need something else connected?

Tell us what you run. Contact the team with the system and the data you need moving, and we will tell you honestly whether the API covers it today or whether it belongs on the roadmap.

Frequently asked

Do I need a developer to use these?

No. Stripe, Google Calendar, GoHighLevel, Sunfire, Twilio and Resend are configured from settings. Only the REST API and webhooks assume someone technical on your side.

Which integrations are gated by plan?

Stripe, Google Calendar, Resend and statement import are on every plan. GoHighLevel and Sunfire start at Starter, Twilio at Professional, and the REST API and webhooks are Professional and Enterprise.

Can I request an integration that is not listed?

Yes. Tell us what you run and what you need moved between systems. Where a public API exists, the REST API and webhooks usually make it possible today.

Is there API documentation?

Yes — API documentation is available in the app for Professional and Enterprise accounts.
